Mariner Property Services LLC is a locally owned excavation, land management, and property improvement company based in Castine, Maine. Founder Ashton Cushman is a Maine Maritime Academy graduate who brought the discipline and engineering mindset from his studies directly into the field. That background shapes how we approach every job. We read the land, plan the work carefully, and follow through on what we say we'll do. Whether a site needs grading before a new build or a driveway has been losing gravel for years, we show up with the right equipment and a clear plan.

Our services cover the full range of ground-up property work. We handle excavation, site preparation, land grading and leveling, trenching, culvert installation, and drainage solutions.
